Finding and investing in top talent is key to staff retention that leads to overall organizational success. In today’s competitive environment the effective organisation has to cater for its’ ever-increasing needs of developing its’ human capital whilst simultaneously ensuring that this remains viable.
Developing your organisation’s key competencies necessarily means investing in the continuous development of staff to cope with their work demands, to meet their skill shortages and to eventually add value to what the organisation is doing, this becomes the cornerstone of the organisation’s success in today’s fast-paced digital economy.
However, many times the training identified does not result in the desired benefits – we normally shift responsibility onto the employee for not having learnt well what has been taught, but could this be the result of a mismatch between the training identified and the training given?
Effective eLearning Solutions should result in an organisation having the ability to identify and make the best use of its’ available resources to meet organisational challenges through a variety of learning activities. The success of training activities is usually seen in the additional value that is created in organisational performance.
Go digital and invest in cloud technologies.

Groupware & Collaboration
In today’s digital culture, collaborating across technological and organizational boundaries (borders) is key to achieving and exceeding desired business outcomes. Groupware refers to programs that help people work together collectively while located remotely from each other and enabling real-time collaboration resembling a virtual meeting room in which organisations work together over long distances or at different times of day.
Web Development & Design
In this post-PC era, filled with smartphones, tablets and wearable devices we are online 24x7x365 yet many businesses lack the optimisation needed to meet the shift in online behaviour; although the ability to communicate with customers is at an all-time high, connecting with them has never been harder.
Security & Backup
Today’s cybersecurity threat landscape is constantly changing. With IT budgets stretched to the limit and new threats emerging every day, it is essential for organizations to ground their technology use with security best practices and data backups.
Data backups are an essential element of good storage security and overall business resilience, but they are often the source of many security woes. In fact, a significant percentage of security breaches can be attributed to the mismanagement of data backups.
CRM
Customer relationship management (CRM) is the combination of practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. The goal is to improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
ERP
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to a software system whereby the main role is to integrate the main functions of an organisation’s processes into a single unified system. Therefore, ERP systems are a single application with the aim to cover all business’ needs. They are made up of modules that focus on key business areas, primarily Finance, Manufacturing, Human Resources (HR) to name a few.
Cloud Migration
Take a vendor-neutral look at the key design considerations that need to go into any cloud migration strategy - whether you are migrating to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Google Cloud Platform.
Digital Strategy
Digital disruption is changing every business. Only a decade ago, the auto industry was well-defined by players such as GM, Ford, and Toyota. Today, these companies compete with newcomers such as Uber and Lyft, which sell transportation services—not cars. Similar dynamics are playing out in retail, banking, education, and even construction.
Let's make something great together!
